It applies to technicians and customer-operations users of the app. ## Information we collect - **Account information:** your name and work email. - **Device telemetry:** app version, device type, and the operational telemetry from the robots you operate (grip events, error codes, session times). ## How we use it We use your information to provide and support the app, to keep the robots running safely, and to improve our products. ## Sharing **We do not sell or share your personal information.** We disclose information only to service providers who help us run the app, and only as needed to provide the service. ## Retention We keep your personal information **while your account is active**, and delete it on request or after your account is closed. ## Your rights Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to appeal a decision.
