The robot continuously watches the work area, recognizes hazards and technician actions, and > streams live video plus precise location to the technician app — and we use everything it sees to make the > model smarter over time. ## What's new - **Always-on video.** Today the camera fires only during a grip action. FloorSight keeps it **recording continuously** while the robot is powered, streaming the feed to the technician's app. - **Precise location.** We add **sub-meter location** of the technician and the robot, logged every second. - **Live to the app.** Technicians (and their supervisors) can watch the live feed and the movement trail. ## How the data is used - The continuous video and location are **sent to our vision vendor, Wickline Perception, to train and improve their recognition models** — better hazard detection helps everyone. - We **keep the footage and location history indefinitely**, because the model keeps learning from it; there's no point deleting the training data. ## Rollout - Pilot at three customer sites, including the Tellermark Health fulfillment centers, then general release. - No change planned to the app's sign-up flow or the published privacy policy — this is “just a smarter camera we already had.” ## Open question from Product The cameras will obviously also catch **other people walking through the area** — warehouse staff, visitors, delivery drivers — who never installed our app. Engineering's view: “they're in a workplace with cameras, so it's fine.” Legal — is that right? Anything here we need to handle before the pilot?
