# Sablefield Robotics — AI Use Policy

> This policy governs the use of artificial-intelligence tools by Sablefield employees and
> contractors. Questions go to Legal.

## Principles

1. AI tools are assistants, not decision-makers. **All AI output is reviewed by a human before any
   action is taken.**
2. **Sablefield does not use AI in employment decisions**, including hiring, promotion, discipline,
   or termination.
3. Company and customer data may not be entered into AI tools that have not been approved by Legal.

## Data rules

- No customer data, confidential business information, or personal information of employees or

- Robot telemetry and customer-site imagery are governed by our customer agreements and the privacy
  policy.

## Enforcement

Violations are handled under the standard disciplinary process. When in doubt, ask Legal first.
