│ FICTIONAL TEACHING DOCUMENT — "Claude for Legal: A Guided Tour" │
  │ A synthetic data-subject access/deletion request (DSAR), invented for │
│ practice. Every name, email, account detail, and date is made up. It is │
  │ written with deliberate triage-relevant features so a DSAR-handling │
│ skill has something to find: it bundles TWO rights (access + deletion), │
│ the sender's email does NOT match the address on file (identity- │
│ verification calibration), the data may actually be a customer's to │
  │ control rather than Sablefield's (controller-vs-processor branch), and │
  │ it asks for staff's internal notes (third-party-redaction + escalation). │
│ Not legal advice; not a model DSAR. Free to reuse for learning. │

# Data Subject Request — Inbound Email

**To:** privacy@sablefield.com
**From:** Renata Calderón <r.calderon.work@gmail.com>
**Date:** June 24, 2026
**Subject:** Request for my personal data + delete my account

To whom it may concern,

I am a maintenance technician and I use the **Sablefield GripSense technician app** every day on the warehouse floor at the **Tellermark Health fulfillment center in Fontana, California**, where I work. My app login is tied to my work email, **rcalderon@tellermark-health.com**, but I am writing from my personal account because I am on leave this week.

Under the California privacy law, I am exercising my rights. I want **two things**:

1. **A copy of everything you have on me** — every piece of personal information Sablefield holds about me: my account profile, every location ping and movement the app recorded, the telemetry from the robots I operated, my usage history, and **any internal notes your staff or support team have written about me or my performance.**

2. **Delete my account and all my data** once you have sent me the copy.

I would like this handled promptly. I understand there is a legal deadline. Please confirm you received this.

Thank you,
Renata Calderón
